These Coconut Macaroons are quick and easy baking at its best! Just a few ingredients and they are so yummy! I grew up eating these, so I felt nostalgic when recreating the recipe.
Coconut Macaroons
For a presentation idea I colored them in shades of pink! How sweet is that!

Equipment
- Baking Tray
- Parchment Paper
- mixer
- Ice scream scoop (optional)
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 14 Oz unsweetened coconut
- 10 Oz condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
- Mix the coconut, condensed milk and vanilla extract together
- Whip the egg whites and salt till stiff peaks
- Fold the egg whites into the mixture
- Add few drops of food color and mix in (optional)
- Using and Ice cream scoop, scoop out mixture on to baking tray
- Bake for about 18 mins till the coconut starts turning golden brown
